It's a tomato soup kind of night...🍅 (Plus FR33 Books!)

It's been a little rainy, a little snowy, and a lot cold these past two days. Which decided me on tomato soup tonight. Well, that and a little walk outside with my doggo. Brrr. He loves it, though. He's a Pyrenees, and anytime there's cold and snow is his favorite time. I even keep my house colder than I like it just to please him, LOL. ❤️ What we do for our pets, I say, as I'm forced to stay warm by donning a cozy robe and slipping my feet into some fuzzy socks before I sit down to my tomato soup and a good story.

I wish I had a grilled cheese to go with this, but alas, no bread. I didn't rush to the grocery store when the snow hit and grab the quintessential bread and milk! My mistake, I guess. : )

Don't make the same one! Ha. Get the milk and bread at the first sign of snow, and I'll provide a few stories. Good deal?

If you haven't grabbed your free copy of my novella, I'll include it below along with the other freebies from author friends and a few bookfairs where you can grab a ton of them. Just click on the links below and fill up your ereaders. Some good reads to go with your grilled cheese and soup. : )

I'm changing over to a new provider for email, so I hope this transition goes smoothly! Stay tuned for a new free short story just for my subscribers. And feel free to drop me a line and tell me what kind of story you'd like to read next. You never know, I might write it for ya!

If you enjoyed the free novella, A Love to Remember, I'd love to hear from you. Reply here as well as leave me a review on the Amazon page, and I'll be grateful for the kindness. I'm working on the next one in that series of shorts. This next one will share Beth's Happily Ever After, and I can't wait to share it. I'll give you a sneak peek at the cover soon, too. I love it so much! Just gorgeous.

While I'm talking about the future, let me tell you about my Patreon where you can become an exclusive member and get all kinds of perks. Right now, the first two chapters of my latest book are up! It's a cozy mystery! Join and support me here and get all kinds of goodies and exclusive content: Patreon.com/StoryDealer/membership.

Well, that's all for now. Enjoy those freebies below and take care!

Ava Voss has just seen a ghost.

It’s been three long years since she’d seen that smile. Three long years since he’d come home in his dress blues and told her he might be gone for a while.

Three long years since three terrible letters had upended her life and stolen her future.

M.I.A.

And now he was here. In front of her, real, alive, home…

…but with no memory of her or the love she desperately wants to save.

Can a walk down memory lane help them find a path to love?

A great giveaway for those of us who love cozies!!

Addy doesn’t want safe. She’d walked away from financial security with a nice husband and a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Life at the Thatcher Ranch has opened her eyes to what love should really be. Now all she needs is a job so she can stay in Texas.

Maddox feels at home on a horse ranch. He’s meant to be a part of the operation at Bolton Farms. Horses and ranch work is his life.

Their first meeting was almost confrontational. It would be an understatement to say they didn’t hit it off.

Their second meeting goes just about like the first, except for one little thing. She couldn’t figure out why she wasn't angry at him because of his callous attitude. He’d caused her to slide in the mud and then laughed. She was a mess for the job interview she was there for and he thought it was funny. And she needed that job!

Why couldn’t she be mad at him? He’s oh so hunky and she couldn’t ignore that hard, cold fact, but that shouldn’t melt her heart after what he'd done.

It’s possible she’ll learn more about him if she gets the job. Now she wants the job more than ever.

Christine Ingle intends to buy as many of the old crumbling Victorian houses as she can in Fireside Bay. The huge old beauties mean something to her and she wants to restore them all to their former glory, exactly as they were over 100 years ago.

Too bad Daniel Hausman doesn't see home renovation in the same way. If he swoops in and outbids Christine of one more of the Victorians she might not be responsible for her actions.

When Daniel tries to convince her his way of splitting up the homes into multi-family dwellings is for the best, Christine isn't buying what he's selling, so he proposes they work together on his latest house so he can show her exactly what he does.

Christine certainly won't be convinced by Daniel's ideas... or his handsome face. She is not getting into bed with the enemy! At least, that's what she's telling herself. Can Daniel convince her otherwise?
