Thank you for your interest in the Creative Writing Course starting in January!
What happens next…
Your details have been given to the office (Room 10) who will contact you to enrol on the Creative Writing Course.
Expect either a phone call or look out for emails. (details below)
Date: Tuesdays AND Wednesdays (You need to attend both days as it is a ‘build’ course eg. each lesson builds on from the last.)
Starting: Tuesday 6th January 2026
Duration: 12 x weeks (2 x days a week) so 24 sessions in total.
Time: 9.30am-2.30pm (2.30-3pm 1-2-1 support if needed)
Location: Kingsway Learning Centre, Victoria Rd, Widnes WA8 7QY

At the end of the course, you will receive a free printed copy of your short story as part of a class Anthology.
What you need to bring:
For enrolment: Proof of ID/address (for funding as learners need to live within the Liverpool City Region)
For class: All resources provided, however, if you have a favourite notebook and pen…?
Break times: 11am and 12.30pm. (Please bring your own lunch)
For your information (which has been important to our previous learners) – There is no icebreaker at the beginning to introduce yourself.
