A Mother's Day reset tip for you

Try this simple grounding technique to reset your nervous system and quiet a busy mind.

Hi ,

Wishing all the mothers, grandmothers, and nurturers in our community a happy Mother’s Day! You spend so much of your energy holding space for others; may this weekend be a time where that space is held for you.

Here’s a little self-care tuning fork tip to help support you with grounding:

The Grounding Reset:

If you have a weighted fork, activate it and place the stem directly on the top of your head and then on the bottom of your heels. Close your eyes and feel the vibration travel through your body; it is an instant "reset" button for your stress levels.

Even if you don't feel it immediately, your nervous system is responding to the frequency.

Using a low frequency like the 128 Hz weighted tuning fork (included in the class kit) is ideal for this. It creates a powerful vibration that speaks directly to your physical tissues, helping you shift from a busy mind to a quieter, more centred state.

Class Registration Reminder:

If you are ready to learn more on how to use these tools for yourself and others, the Advanced Registration deadline for the two-day workshop—Learn How to Use Tuning Forks to Balance the Body and Energy Field—is this Sunday, May 10th.

To ensure your professional tuning fork sets are ordered and arrive in time for our hands-on workshop, please confirm your spot by Sunday night. We’ll be diving deep into how to use these frequencies for both self-care and professional practice.
