Just listened to the podcast with May being interviewed by Dan Bolton.
What great insights into how Spice and Tea has grown - such care and concern for not only products but how the franchisees are treated and your entire team this would permeate through!
I was inspired by the COVID strategy of upping your 'online game' and sharing generously your proceeds with franchisees recognizing they had built this customer base that was now ordering online.
As well the "we are in this together and will make its through together" communication was evidence of the heart felt support for your retailers.
Dan Bolton is so central to the industry and I've known him a long time through many years of Tea Expos with our earlier brand - the Libre tea glass.
