Take a break - 'be with' your world

Breaks = more peace, twist it up, be with your world.

imageHi ,

Wendy from Libre inner Peace here:)

Taking a break form the sometimes usual....

I find myself caught in my thoughts, making lots of judgements, evaluations, reflecting upon etc, etc, etc. And I've been getting tired of this.

Here's an alternate strategy just to try out. And its working:)

When I find myself to be quite 'caught up' in my thoughts,

I take a shift to 'being with'. What a big shift sometimes -

often it takes a couple breaths, and a big exhale ...then....

an awareness of your world that emanates from the heart, your heart -

our solid connection to all that is.

Well that's a lot to imagine - bringing it back to a couple breaths and a noticing of 'all the things' in the present moment. Just noticing my world.

After a minute or two of this I shift into 'being with' my world - no judgement, discernment, right/wrong, good/bad - it all, is just 'as it is', for a minute.

This practise can really nurture your soul and 'beingness' -

and oh my, relaxing? yes!!!!!

It is the constant evaluation that causes the stress - if we can let things be we can settle in and feel more relaxed in our bodies.

It is a practise and all other matters of life have a time and place -

and

every once in a while, for a minute or two step into being with your world, wherever you are, whomever you're with.

Connect and Be with you world.

- it can truly be a state of great peace and presence.

For me this starfish pic is the best 'being with' pic I can imagine - so relaxed and enjoying the surroundings.

Just an idea for inner peace, more often, everywhere:)

I hope this was a bit helpful and I would to hear about your experiences.

This 'being with'.

I thank-you for being interested in cultivating inner peace.

It all starts with each of us:)

Our energy affects our world - our family, friends and community.

Thank-you so much in advance for bringing more peace to your world.

May you enjoy your day.

Wendy
