Crowds & Complainers ... do they drain your energy?
Do you find that you get anxious, depressed or stressed out in certain environments, like at the office or in crowds? Or that you feel cranky and exhausted around certain people, like your friend who constantly complains?
You are not alone.
Environments that contain people filled with negative emotions, stress, and complaining will seep into your fragile energy field and make you feel the same way. I call these “energy vampires” because the energy will literally suck the good energy out of you. Most people don’t consciously decide to be an energy vampire. It is subconscious and energetic. But these people also are not working on improving their energy so they end up spewing it all over anyone within 50 feet.
Your energy can also drain from unseen energies like EMFs and WiFi. This is why most office workers (especially those in cubicles without windows) are depleted at the end of the day, whereas people who work outside or at home are energized. #thankyouhomebasedbusiness
So how can you protect your energy so that you’re not exhausted and cranky at the end of the day?
Put crystals in your pocket, your bra (oh yes, it works!) or wear a crystal bracelet (on your non-dominant wrist). And put an iron or aluminum-based crystal between you and your computer. My favorite is Black Tourmaline because I have used an EMF meter to test how it blocks EMFs.
It can be that simple.
