June is about over and the heat of summer is about to hit. We’re expecting RealFeel temps up to 109°F by the end of the week. C14 starts this week and with that the beginning of the second half of the Avon year. Be on the look out for many more exciting incentives for both new ambassadors and those of us who have been around a while. Also, coming very soon is the 2026 Avon Connect, annual convention, in Orlando, FL 24-27 August. There is still time to register for in-person attendance. The cost is $75 which includes Avon swag. The first weekend of the month, our Dayton team members hosted a Leader meeting and ambassador training session brought to us by Lisa Wright, Avon Field Manager. Several leaders from as far as Indianapolis got together on Friday evening and approximately 30 ambassadors gathered on Saturday the 6th. It was an enjoyable time and everyone went home with a nice Avon goodie bag and great strategy tips to help build their business. Kimberly and I also had our annual June vendor event which is typically our biggest single day event for sales during the year. This year we set a new record for sales, averaging a sale every 3 ½ minutes. We had pretty much planned to take the rest of the month easy, getting a few things done around the house as we awaited the arrival of our third granddaughter. However, POA associated work for Kimberly’s distant cousin took up a lot of her time that was not spent with Addy, our eldest granddaughter. 19 Jun, was our daughter’s last day to work and we were to have a few days off before the due date. However, little Emmy decided she’d waited long enough. Bethany went into labor Saturday night, we got to their house about 11pm to watch Addy, Bethany left for the hospital about 1am, and little Emmy said hello a few minutes after 3am Sunday morning! We’re loving getting to know Emmy and really enjoy seeing Addy interact with her.


Meanwhile, we’re getting to FaceTime and daily updates from California as little Livy is beginning to pull up, use her walker, and is cutting her first tooth.


This week we have our local fireworks event where we have a tent and sell Bug Guard along with Skin So Soft. It’s a great way to pick up a few new customers and to connect with local friends and customers.


REMINDER - Beginning C13 when placing a rep/amb order, you must ADD your free brochure to your cart. It will no longer be automatic.


RECOGNITION

During C11 and C12, the following sales milestones have been achieved by Team members

  • Sandra McMoore - Dayton, OH surpassed $26K in sales and achieved the sales title Elite Ambassador for 2026 - She is currently #2 in Ohio and #38 in the Nation for personal sales volume (PSV)

  • Kimberly Elam - Dayton, OH surpassed $19K in sales and is currently #3 in Ohio and #86 in the Nation for PSV - She achieved sales title 10-Star Ambassador during C11.

  • Carrie Rowan - Troy OH - surpassed $5k in sales and achieved sales title 5-Star Ambassador during C11

  • Cyndi Askler - Metairie LA - surpassed $4K in sales


TEAM MuchMoreThanLipstick - That’s all of you!

During C11, the Team was only $44 short of making the Top 100 Teams list. However, during C12, the Team ranked #63 in the Nation for sales. 

As of C12 the Team was averaging about $400 in sales per campaign below the Top 100 teams. Imagine what one additional customer per ambassador order could do for Team sales totals!


Whether or not the Team actually makes the Top 100 list, it is an honor and exciting to know we’re tracking so close. Again, about 25% of the total Team is active at any one time, and about 25% of the active Team has orders each campaign. (This is in line with national averages; sometimes better than national averages.)


So far this year, 68 new Ambassadors have joined the Team. We’re SO EXCITED for team growth!


INCENTIVES

Power Up Your 1st 4 Incentive - NEW Ambassadors only - C08 through C26 (8 Apr - 29 Dec)

  • Have PSV of $100+ during any of your first six-full campaigns and earn an Avon product bundle valued up to $50. There are four different bundles to earn. Earn ALL FOUR and you’ll receive a 5th surprise bundle, valued up to $100. Total value of all five bundles ~$300.

Beauty of Consistency Incentive - C14-C19 (1 Jul - 22 Sep) 

  • All Ambassadors through 5-Star -- Have campaign sales totaling $250 or more during any FIVE of the next SIX campaigns and earn an Avon product valued over $175. Total includes online sales.

  • 10-Star Ambassadors and above - Have campaign sales totaling $500 or more during any Five of the next SIX campaigns and earn an Avon product valued over $300.

  • BONUS - grow your cumulative sales by 25% over Q3 last year and receive a $50 coupon code

  • NEW ambassadors: have $250+ in sales per campaign and receive a $25 coupon code, have $350+ and receive up to $50 coupon code.


** 10-Star Ambassadors are those with $10,000 or more in award sales during 2025 or so far in 2026.
