ARC Reader Tips & Tricks
Amazon has strict review guidelines. Failure to follow these can result in your review being removed, or even having your rights to review terminated.
- Therefore, please follow these carefully when submitting your review:
- Please do not use the phrase “in exchange for.” Amazon bots do not like this phrase. They are also flagging “gift,” “free,” etc, so it may be best to avoid this kind of phrasing. Sigh. I’m sorry it’s not easier, but I want to make sure your review is accepted. I know how disappointing it is when Amazon doesn't post your review after you’ve spent precious time writing it.
- If you have Kindle Unlimited and you download Resist on release day, there is a greater chance of your review being accepted as you are seen as a “verified purchase”
- Please, no cussing, sexual content, or emojis in your review.
- If we are friends on Facebook, please do not mention this in your review. We may not have ever met in person, but they will decline the review regardless.
Not every book is for every reader, and that is absolutely fine. What you say in your review is completely up to you. I only want honest reviews.
