Happy Friday !
This being the first week back after my holiday, I took it easy content-wise. Here's what I was up to.
📽 No video this week, but I did hit a milestone while I was away (425 subscribers) and I wanted to mark the occasion. As much as I am happy to see the number of subscribers go up, the growth of my YouTube channel has been painfully slow since April 2021.
For that reason, I am taking some time to re-think my YouTube strategy and experiment a bit with different types of video content. I wrote more about it in this LinkedIn post and I'll come back with fresh videos soon, so stay tuned.

🎙 A while ago I recorded a podcast with my friend and colleague Monica Badiu. I'm pleased to announce that episode 4 of The Growth Formula Show podcast is live now. In it, we talk about 5 growth tactics that help coaches and consultants grow their businesses.
📝 When I wrote the article The Essential Money-Making Skills Any New Coach Needs, I assumed seasoned coaches would already possess these skills. It turns out I was wrong, so I felt the need to share the piece again, with the mention that it's aimed at all coaches, not just new ones.
📅 Finally, a quick reminder that in September I kick off the 10-week Signature Programme I will be delivering in partnership with The Association for Coaching, all about what you need to know, think and do to build a thriving coaching business.
