Hey ,
Happy thursday!
Last week I said I'd tell you mine. Eto na.
Quick recap for anyone new: a heel strike is one small detail inside something you already repeat constantly. Not a new skill. The runner doesn't add kilometers — he fixes how his foot lands, and that tiny fix multiplies across every single step.
It's So eto na hehe
Subject lines.
Specifcally the subject line on cold outreach. I send a lot of those in one campaign, and Ive run a lot of campaigns over the years.
That's what makes it a heel strike and not just another thing on the list. The sends are happening either way. Same number of reps. So the leverage isn't "send more" — it's the one line that decides if any of them evefn get opened.
Ang boring no? Hehe
That's kind of the point.
I used to spend a long time fixing everything around it. Still am. Better lists. Better tools. More volume. (Yes my email tool can split test the open rates hehe)
I WAS IMPROVING EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE ONE LINE EVERY SINGLE PERSON SEES FIRST.
Kaya that's what I'm working on now. Will be sharing some results on this (if you guys are interested) soon.
Also, to those who replied na di pa nila alam heel strike nila, here's something I can recommend.
Go back to your most successful client interactions. Not the ones that paid the most — the ones that went smoothest. Look at what they actually responded to, or valued the most.
Tapos kung hindi pa rin halata: ask them directly. Most people will just tell you.
So ikaw , alin sa dalawa — a rep that stopped, or a detail you've been doing on autopilot?
Reply and let me know. I read every one.
Cheers,
Shoden "Subject Master" San
