News:
President Biden says all adults can be vaccinated by April 19th. Hopefully this speeds us back to normalcy! If you or someone you know is looking for a Covid vaccine, try https://vaccinefinder.org/ - you can even search by vaccine type if you have a preference!
One more thing: it’s been quietly reported but Russian troops are massing in Crimea at the Ukrainian border. Please pray for our Nation. Neither of these are good developments for the United States.
It's Wednesday Wellness Time!
Anyone else still have Easter candy left but hopping back on the healthy eating bandwagon? 🐰 I found this article on a group of Americans who live about a decade longer than the rest of us by eating mostly vegetables, no caffeine (?!?), no alcohol, and many choose fasting one day a week. Do any of these practices feel like good choices for you? And does anyone want my Easter candy leftovers? 😭
