I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to facilite again our Practice Circles in-between weeks for the Discovery Program Online (this activity nourishes my heart's calling for contribution, creativity and joy).
In order to attend our needs for choice, inclusion and ease they have been planned considering two different slots of time:
· Thursdays at 5:30 pm (Jan 27, Feb 9th, 23rd)
· Saturdays at 10:00 am (Feb 5th, 19th, March 5th)

Feel free to share the challenges (if any) that might have arisen throughout these past weeks regarding your practice prior to our session (drop a line or two within the form before Wednesday 9:00 p.m.), so I can organize the session accordingly, if possible.
We will focus on the organic relationship between the sensations in our physical body and our feelings and needs, to experience a grounded/somatic sense of Needs Awareness and dedicate some time frame to complete this week's homework.
