Feel free to share the challenges (if any) that might have arisen throughout this current week regarding your practice prior to our session, so I can organize the session accordingly, if possible.

We will focus in the foundational assumption of our needs being at the core of our common humanity and their relationship with feelings and thoughts thus exploring our Needs Awareness, dedicating some time frame to revisit this week's homework.
