With round robin meetings, you can efficiently distribute meeting requests to team members.
To create a round robin meeting:
- Create a Team in your TidyCal account (requires the Agency plan)
- Create a new booking type for your team
- Select multiple hosts, and make sure "Enable round robin" is on
Round robin meetings are just a part of the team-based features we've launched recently. The Agency plan also has dedicated Teams pages, Collective Meetings, and an increased 25 calendar connections.

Was excited to see the round-robin feature added but unfortunately it's not working appropriately. 1. It only looks at availability on one calendar and not everyone added to the team. 2. If a cancellation occurs, it does not re-open that availability.

How do I optimize for availability? Currently; it's only looking for all team member's availability i.e. a union of availability. There should be a setting to let the user pick what they want because I can see the need for a union of availability as well.
