Dear APSS Members,

Leading up to the incoming AGM on 23rd July 2024, 7:00 pm at One Farrer Hotel, there are three short important items for you, and one action you need to take.

2.  Agenda for AGM

3.  Financials for 2023-2024

The one action you need to take:

1. If you are attending in person, please register now if you haven't done it:

If you would like to volunteer in the EXCO (or are interested in supporting the Sub-committees), please submit your entry by clicking the form below 👇

Only nominate a person whom you know who wants to serve on the EXCO. Please note that you can NOT nominate yourself. (Deadline is 15 JULY 2024, 12:00 PM)

Based on last year’s approved AGM Minutes, agendas are:

• Presidents Report
• Financial Report
• Presentation of Annual Report & Financial Accounts (APSS Financial Statement of Income & Balance for 2023-2024)
• Dissolution of the Executive Committee 2023-2024
• Election & Presentation of the New Executive Committee 2024-2025
• Any Other Business
