The Convention theme is DARE+, signifying the Maverick's courage to face challenges, innovate and take risks in the face of an ever-changing environment. We are looking to the Convention to be framed like a journey, where the delegates come to learn, be inspired and apply what they have to themselves and their business. The Convention is thus a space to push themselves and emerge strong
