I can't believe it's September already! Where has that year gone. Our summer has been a bit of a washout, but as much as I miss the sun, I always get excited about the idea of autumn and then Christmas :D
I've been overwhelmed by the lovely reviews of my first sweet book, 'The Beast of Blackthorne Castle', under D.K. Quinn. It's so exciting to put a book out into the world and hear that people love it! You can read it free in Kindle Unlimited, at mybook.to/blackthorne. Blackthorne Castle is based on one of my favourite castles in the UK, Bamburgh Castle (pronounced Bam-bruh, not Bam-berg!). Here's a photo of it from when I was lucky enough to live twenty minutes away!
Have a wonderful start to September!
Happy reading,
Daphne
