Hello, my sweet Bunburians!
It's hard to believe that 24 years ago, I had just returned from my honeymoon to Colorado's first dusting of snow for the season. So when my mother-in-law called us at 8 am asking if we were watching TV, we were confused. But we, like so much of the US, were glued to the news for the rest of the day, watching in horrified disbelief. Whether you remember that day or are just learning about it, I hope you honor the heroes, great and small, in your life, hug your loved ones, and come together in a community that lifts you.

Did you read 'Love's Forever Tale'? I had so much fun with that Stiltskin retelling, I'm looking forward to expanding the series. My retelling of Jane Austen's Persuasion is set to be released next week in 'Texting Ms. Austen'. You know I love second-chance romances, and this one will be the first in my 'Race to Space' series, so it is full of STEM fun too. Here's one of my favorite excerpts:
"If I could put it in an equation, I could show you how your breathtaking beauty times your brilliant mind to the multiple of your love and kindness, cancels out every ignorant fool who has told you otherwise." He slid sugar packets in a row, each representing a part of his math. "And all of that still isn't equal to my thoughts and senses that you consume every moment."
