Hello, my sweet Bunburian!
Did you know it's Mental Health Awareness month? It seems appropriate, as I feel like I'm finally emerging from a fog that has plagued my brain for the past few months. Words just wouldn't connect, and my creativity felt at an all-time low. I know I'm not alone in this, but often we don't feel like we can share this part of us. Take time for self-care, honor that your process is your own, and spend time with others who will hold that space for you. If you feel like there's no one at the moment, you can reach out to me through this email or can converse in the Bunburying with Moncrieff group.
