I have been thinking about feedback and the perspective from which it's given. Giving and receiving feedback are both really important life and career skills. It is important to:

✅ To consider your unconscious bias when giving feedback

✅ To consider how if this is the only feedback that the person hears today, will it have a positive impact?

✅ When giving feedback for improvement, to acknowledge what the person is doing well and specific suggestions or actions for improvement
