Hey ,
Happy Halloween!
We hope you've had a spooky, wacky, fun filled day.
So...
We wanted to invite you to join us tomorrow at the studio at 5:30pm sharp for our Breathe and Freeze Community event.
2 weeks ago, we had a PACKED HOUSE!
Right now more than ever, the community needs each other so please join us for a LIVE de-stressing breathwork journey by our man Chris, followed by an "open" cold plunge hour.
Hang out after for hot tea and chat it up with cool people.
As always, members are free.
Guests are just $25.
Oh, and if you eat too much candy today, come reset your body tomorrow :)
See ya then,
The Kensho Crew
