The wait is nearly over.
With regulations and policies being finalized for the return of high school football, we are ready to launch our Season Preview Questionnaire open to every prospect in Canada.
We understand that each region will have different policies in place due to local restrictions. If you've received confirmation that your school will return to play this season, please fill out the questions linked below.
If you're a parent, share it with your son or daughter.
If you're a coach, share it with your players.
If you're an alumni, share it with your former teammates.

It's going to take everybody to get high school football back on it's feet across the country, and we're ready to tell the comeback stories from the Pacific to the Atlantic.
We will leave this form open to the public until the end of September with the hope that every school finds a way to get back on the field.
