What a writing month!
It's been a whirlwind in my writing world this month. I have some exciting news to share (below) and I've been juggling three different books. My third book for the Faith Endures Series, Someone to Lean On, is officially available for pre-order. The launch team is underway. So much excitement surrounds this book's release and I can't wait for you to read the conclusion of this series that I love so much. I just finished combing through my next book, and while it'll probably need another go-through before turning it into my publisher, I've loved getting reacquainted with the characters. Now, i'm working on drafting the sequel to that book. I'll probably need some help with naming people and places, if you're up for that :)
Exciting News!
I was SO surprised, and delighted, to hear "Right Before Their Eyes" has been listed among so many amazing books as a finalist in the Selah Book Awards for Christian Romance (a huge category!!). If you haven't had a chance to read this second book in the Faith Endures Series, celebrate with me by checking it out (it's available on KU!).
If you'd like to start the series from the beginning (not required, but does add some depth to the experience) OR you really want to catch the marked down paperback price, Check out award-winning Emma's Hero.
If you missed the cover reveal for Someone to Lean On, here it is!! Isn't it beautiful?
They’re seeking a peace they can’t seem to find. . .
Aged out of the foster care system and struggling to raise her young daughter, Lucia Roberts loses her only source of income. When she’s offered a position caring for a four-year-old foster child, Timothy, it feels like the answer to a prayer—except for one catch. She must work in the home of Jordan Nowak, Timothy’s overly vigilant foster father who scrutinizes her every move.
Jordan has built his life around one promise: protect a foster child until they can find a happily ever after. But while Jordan fights to keep Timmy safe, his own world spirals out of control. The music store he co-owns with his brother is on the brink of bankruptcy after months of mismanagement. Torn between protecting Timmy, saving the store, and guarding his heart, Jordan grasps for any possibility to fix it all.
Mason Hughes is in his final year of medical school, on rotation under a difficult neurologist, and doubting his call to be a doctor. As the walls between Lucia and Jordan soften, Timmy starts displaying puzzling symptoms. Soon Mason must choose whether he trusts his medical instincts enough to fight an ethical battle.
As three adults seek control in their lives, a young child with no guarantees teaches them to trust.
If you were hoping to get in on the Launch team, this is your LAST chance. I'll be closing the form this week. We've already begun sending out copies, but I can still squeak you in if you sign up quick :)

I"m so excited for my author friend, Deena Adams! Stronger than the Storm releases in April, and I'm reading an early copy now. If you love gripping women's fiction centered on family, you've gotta check this book out.
A runaway teen. A wife’s devastating secret. A family’s reckoning.
Beth Holbrook has dedicated her life to helping families thrive. As a pastor’s wife, mother of three, and respected parenting coach, she teaches others how to raise children who love God and make wise choices.
Then her daughter runs away.
Tired of living under her parents’ overbearing rules, eighteen-year-old Leesa leaves home determined to live life on her own terms. But when her choices lead to consequences she never expected, she’s faced with a future she’s not prepared for.
Meanwhile, Beth’s carefully constructed life begins to unravel. Tension grows in her marriage, wounds from her past resurface, and the secret she’s hidden for nineteen years threatens to sever the tenuous threads holding her family together.
When a powerful hurricane barrels toward their Virginia Beach home, the Holbrooks must confront the storm within their own walls.
Will confession and forgiveness heal the damage… or will the truth tear their family apart?
If you love to see a unique love story, "Before I saw You" may be just the book for you. I always root for the love stories where the characters fall in love before even seeing each other, but they are tricky to pull off! I loved this story of two characters who met in a rehab center, but because of their injuries, never saw each other face to face. So good!! And "Echoes of a Silent Song"? All I can say is I was UPSET! Upset, that I waited this long to read it. I should know by now that Amanda Wen is a must read author for me, and anything she writes will draw me in til the last page. Both of these books, Amazing!!
