You’re invited: The Art of Stillness

Jan 22, 2026 2:01 pm

Happy Thursday !

As we move deeper into January, I want to offer something different from the usual rush, pressure, and goal-setting energy that fills this time of year.

I’m hosting a live gathering called The Art of Stillness.

This is not a workshop.

It is not a performance space.

It is not about productivity, goals, or fixing yourself.

The Art of Stillness is a guided, nervous-system-informed experience designed to help you pause, soften, and begin the year from clarity rather than urgency.

Together, we will explore stillness as:

  • a nervous system skill
  • a form of discernment
  • a prerequisite for sustainable self-leadership and healing

You will be gently guided, with no pressure to speak, share, or offer insight. You are welcome to simply arrive as you are.

Date & Time:

Friday, January 23, 2026

5:00 PM EST (live on Zoom)

If your body has been asking for rest, grounding, or a slower entry into this year, this space is for you.

You can join here

I would love to be in this space with you.

With care,

Dr. Alice

That sounds like a wonderful opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the present moment. Practices like stillness and mindfulness can have a lasting positive impact on daily life. I recently found some useful public record resources while browsing https://contracostacountycourt.org which reminded me how valuable reliable information can be in different aspects of life. Wishing everyone an inspiring and peaceful experience at the event!

What a beautiful invitation—moments of stillness can be incredibly valuable in today’s fast-paced world. Creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves often leads to better focus and emotional balance. I’ve found that combining mindful practices with practical research tools, such ashttps://kerncountypropertyappraiser.org can help bring more clarity and organization to everyday life. Thank you for sharing this reminder that sometimes slowing down is the most productive thing we can do.
