April 2026 Meeting Notes - Our Lady of Prouille - Lay Dominicans

Our Lady of Prouille Fraternity, Willow Grove, PA

Hi Everyone,

This is Rob Forney. I spoke with Tom O'Connell about providing a monthly email to our crew to help everyone stay informed about what we discussed at our last meeting and what we plan to discuss at our next meeting. Details won't be as granular as Amanda's typical report, but just enough to refresh our collective memories between meetings.

Just wanted to provide a bit of context of what this is and why you're receiving it!

Discussed at our April 2026 Meeting

• We had a visitor, Joe, join us for the meeting. He was in formation when he lived in Massachusetts.
• We read paragraphs 23-35 of Dilexit Te

Planned for our May 2026 Meeting - 05/17/2026

• The Dumb Ox - Damian will provide a summary on Chapter 7.
• Dilexit Te - start on paragraph 36

Announcements

Next Friday, May 15th, Pope Leo is set to release his first encyclical, Magnifica Humanitas (Magnificent Humanity). The release date is no accident. That is the anniversary of the release of Rerum Novarum by Pope Leo XIII, in 1891.
