Hey writing friend,
Do you picture yourself as a published author, crafting a prosperous writing career, and stepping into the role of an authorpreneur—bigger, badder and better than ever in 2024?
Thought so. This one's for you!
The Alliance of Independent Authors defines an authorpreneur as a writer who melds “entrepreneurial skills and mindset to forge a sustainable and ongoing livelihood as an author-publisher.”
If you believe this is exclusively applicable to indie authors, it's time for a reality check.
This perspective holds as much significance in the traditional publishing realm as it does in the indie scene.
For many, a writing career remains a distant dream. But for you, it can become a tangible reality. Because you're part of a great community and have smart friends who share interesting opportunities with you.
Emma Dhesi—our friend, colleague, and fellow Creative Academy for Writers member—has assembled an exciting lineup of over twenty writers, creatives, publishers, and editors with a single purpose - to shed light on the concept of authorpreneurship and guide you towards shaping the life you desire.
