Greetings all,
I've gratefully recovered from whatever struck me down last week and I'm ready to commence with our 6th session tomorrow eve (Tues).
It strikes me as curious that we were given an extra week to dwell upon the grief story, especially as international affairs spiral out of control and endless traumatic images show up on my social media feed. Maybe an extra week of grief-tinged reflection is appropriate in such times.
Personally I'm left with a question around how we look at the grief that stirs within us, whilst not getting consumed by it? What is helpful us stay grounded and vital whilst not averting our eyes from that which needs to be seen? Any suggestions are welcome.
We will be shifting gear tomorrow and exploring a tale with light and warmth at its heart. It's an old Celtic tale with a sweet nourishing quality to it.
I hope you enjoyed some of the bonus story materials sent out last week in the absence of last week's meeting too.
