I know that in the midst of being on your incredible career journey there will be challenges, obstacles and days which you'd rather forget!
Absolutely the journey towards getting what you desire in your career will definitely not be a straight line.
Though there may be tough moments, days and weeks, and it too shall pass.
Today I'd like to reflect on leaning into discomfort for your growth and expansion.
Sometimes what you want in your career is on the other side of having to dig deep, to feel a bit scared, and to embrace some uncertainty.
Only by taking a leap of faith, can you truly know what you're capable of.
You're more capable than you believe.

1 Share your goal and your 'ick" with a friend and get them to cheer and support you.
2 Make a commitment to yourself to do the thing that gives you the "ick" and give yourself a healthy reward for completing your task.
3 Write down a list of your fears about doing the "ick" task and then benefits of doing it and get support to be reminded of why you want to do this and what there is to gain! Share it a community that you belong and get support.
