I am well.
Last week I shared about up-leveling on your success habits and routines.
And so this week I want to start with an embarrassing confession. 🤦🏾♀️ 😳🤦🏾♀️ 😳
I had a "knowing doing gap", which is the gap between having the knowledge and yet not "being able to act upon or have the confidence to embark on the personal development journey alone".
So I know the value of celebration, of acknowledging my wins, of not sizing my wins.
And one of the things which I have been advocating is that we should all create our own "Wins Hall of Fame". This is a vision board with your success, certificates, photos, cards, feedback and things that allow you to visually see and be reminded of your success.
And last week when I was at the coaching call, I had become stuck on 2 negative things that were not serving my greatest good.
1 of them was that I was not a "visual person" because of my Dyscalculia. Whilst it is true that the visualisation part of my brain is not as active. It does not stop me from being human, feeling a connection when I see my past victories.
And so last week I officially installed my own "Wins Hall of Fame"! And I am quite pleased, that I am now have in my eye line every day evidence of my success. 😍😍🎉🎉
