Last Friday I had the opportunity to meet someone different to me.

A male advocate, ally and sponsor.

🌟 Having a Sponsor who is different from you is powerful and effective

🌟 Having a Mentor, Coach or Sponsor is so important for professional women

🌟 Having the courage to ask for More is really the One

🌟 You won't always vibe with people professionally and personally don't make it mean something it doesn't!
