Except it's making you look ten years older.

Not every "neutral" works on every skin tone. Navy might be washing you out, creating shadows under your eyes, making your skin look gray.

Meanwhile, charcoal or deep teal might be YOUR safe neutral—the one that makes your skin glow instead of sag.

Hold your favorite "safe" color up to your face in natural light. Does your face look brighter or more tired?

If it's more tired? That's not your color. No matter how safe it feels.
