Hey kings and queens,
Happy Kwanzaa! The principle of today is Kujichagulia, the Swahili word for SELF-DETERMINATION!
The goal is to define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves.
This principle is honored and showcased in the pages of Afrofuturism Manga BOLDSAGA, 7 Steps to Creating Your Dream Manga Series and our incredible products.
Why?
Because if you don't create for yourself, you will always be living in someone else's creation. Playing by their rules. Instead play your game, the infinite game that leads to you and your family winning for generations to come.
If you don't speak for yourself, the world will never hear your voice, your narrative. What your people value and stand for.
At it's core, Kujichagulia reminds me of what Dr. Eric Thomas once said,
"I don't need to sit at your table, we building one!
We in the process of building a table. We building a table!
I don't got to sit at your table. I'm building my own table.
And I will build you a table in the presence of your enemies."
So if you're ready to build your own table, stay tuned.
We've got something we know you'll love coming soon.
