Hello,
We have 3 updates for you this week.
1. Efficient meetings
Tactical meetings are a popular format of meetings that ensure that:
- teams make decisions quickly and efficiently,
- people have an opportunity to ask for help or voice their concerns without fear of being reprimanded.
Although tactical meetings are part of the Holacracy framework developed by HolacracyOne, the structure of the meeting can work for any type of organization.
Read and/or download our guide to run effective meetings
2. Hiring neurodiverse employees
"Twenty or thirty years ago, things began to improve for employees with visible and invisible disabilities. But it was far from perfect. We've come a long way and hopefully keep on improving.
Why hiring neurodiverse employees is a win-win opportunity
3. Best tools and practices to scale companies internationally
