Happy Saturday, Kickstarter crowd! And a Happy Labor Day Weekend as well!
We're still pushing toward Stretch Goal #3 at the moment, nearing the halfway point with just about $4k to go. With 11 days left in the campaign, I'm hopeful we'll reach it.
I'm so optimistic, in fact, that I'd love to share the first color illustration with you today!
I commissioned it from Andrew Maleski (the artist) early in case we reached Stretch Goal #3. Even with it already drawn, though, much of the cost of including it in the book comes from the printing, so we'll still need to reach the goal.
But enough chatter! Feast your eyes on it below!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! And if you haven't already joined the campaign, here's the button to the Kickstarter once more.
Before you go, check out two other deluxe book campaigns that just started up! I've backed both myself and read and enjoyed the stories. And the authors, Derrick and Jeff, are lovely people to boot!
But enough from me - take a look at the books for yourself!
The Other Magic: Deluxe Illustrated Edition by Derrick Smythe
A limited deluxe illustrated edition of The Other Magic, book one in the award-winning epic fantasy series, Passage to Dawn.
Fate of Wizardoms Deluxe Collector's Edition by Jeffrey L. Kohanek
The Complete Epic Fantasy Saga, Omnibus 1 & 2
Have a great rest of your weekend!
