Dear ,

Thank you kindly for your support! We are segmenting your email into it's own list to receive offerings that you will get access to as we grow.

To start, 50% off all yoga classes using the discount code 'ONEFORALL' is one way of taking advantage of joining this subscription.

The question recently popped up asking 'how does asking for $1, help you give classes at 50% off'.

That's a great question.

Essentially, a $1 monthly donation with 50% off classes can help balance affordability and financial sustainability. The extra revenue offsets discounted fees, enabling us to offer lower prices without greatly affecting the bottom line.

We avoid overloading subscribers with too many emails, but this promotion generates goodwill and strengthens our reputation by prioritizing affordability and financial sustainability, fostering positive word-of-mouth.

Next steps will be to host more yoga classes in various locations. After two months of classes on Sunday at 45 W Hastings, there are only two more left, you can sign up here. Classes at this studio will be paused until June and switched to a morning sessions potentially.

Starting Thursday April 27th, there will be four weeks of 75 minute Yin Yoga classes led by Andrew Fredericks. These classes may run for 90 minutes - it is themed to give you the yoga you need, to be intentional about your practice and your goals but above all - self care and nourishment. Your discount code is applicable to this class. You can sign up here.

Lastly, as mentioned before, we are partnering with Yoga & Life Coaching, founded by Becky & Cory Center. We recently filmed a short video which will be posted on our social media and website to introduce him, but here is a summary of what our first video covered.

"In this podcast, we explored the world of coaching, its benefits, and how it can help individuals in achieving their goals. We discussed the importance of recognizing the unmet needs of people and how coaching can help address them. We shared our personal experiences and how coaching has helped us in our personal and professional lives.

We also talked about how coaching can be applied in the context of yoga and how it can enhance the relationship between teachers and students. We highlighted the importance of positive psychology and the neuroscience of connection and communication in coaching, and how it can help individuals develop a growth mindset and focus on solutions rather than problems.

Through this podcast series, we aim to educate and inform individuals about coaching, its benefits, and how it can help them in their personal and professional lives. We will be sharing more about our coaching program, which is based on the bridge that Becky has found between the Yoga Sutras and using them to set goals. We hope that our podcast series will inspire individuals to consider coaching as a tool for personal growth and development."

If you've made it this far, thanks again and we look forward to hosting more classes, learning from our audience and creating more opportunities for teachers and students.
