Eat well. Feel well. Live well. 🌿

image

Dear ,

Eat well → feel well → live well.

And when we do this together, with intention, creativity, and care, the planet begins to heal too.

As we mentioned, Ecos & Eros is a gathering that weaves together food, art, and community to remind us that nourishment goes far beyond the plate.

It’s where local creatives, wellness practitioners and chefs come together to celebrate the land, honour the harvest, and create connection that lasts long after the evening ends.

Imagine this:

→ You step into a space alive with the season’s colours and sounds.

→ Each dish tells a story.

→ Each bite invites you deeper into presence.

→ Every note of music carries you closer to the heart of belonging.

This is where art moves beyond the canvas, into your body, your breath, and the living Earth beneath your feet.

Ecos means ecology — the web of relationships that sustains life.

Eros means life force — connection, desire, and the spark that animates creation.

Together, they remind us that our relationships activate meaning in our lives.
