Dear ,
POV: Take a mindful pause this fall with a cozy 60-minute flow yoga class.
Held in the UBC Farm's peaceful yurt and surrounded by the stillness of the fields, this class offers a safe space to move your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself and the land.
Come to unwind, stretch out the day, and ground yourself in a mindful setting to find presence and intention in the moment.
This all-levels flow welcomes everyone. Classes are offered on a drop-in and sliding-scale basis.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
If you don't own a yoga mat, please bring a towel, as we only have a limited number of additional mats available, and they will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Claim your spot right here! They start this Tuesday, 530-630PM.
Who's Teaching you might be wondering.
The honor is ours, to introduce....
Kathrin, who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and sees it as a way to process the hectic pace of the world, reset the mind, and rediscover meaning in the simple things. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Karma Teachers in Vancouver this year and spent the summer sharing weekly outdoor yoga classes. A soil scientist by profession and at heart, Kathrin spent this year deepening her understanding of and connection to the land and the food it provides. This is a connection she hopes to share and nurture through her yoga teaching.
See you on the mat!
