on writing The Henna Artist

Good morning ,

Since you're an avid reader, I thought you might like to know that this week on my podcast I have author Alka Joshi, who wrote The Henna Artist on my podcast Pencils&Lipstick. She was so gracious to spend over an hour talking to me about her writing journey, how she came up with the story for her books and how her mother influenced The Henna Artist.

I found Alka absolutely fascinating and I though you might, too.

You can listen to the episode here if you're interested.

And you can find out more about Alka on here website here.

Happy reading,

Kat
