Hey
Sunday is my reset day.
The day I slow things down just enough to check in with myself and ask: What kind of week do I want to step into?
Not just productivity-wise, but energy-wise. Emotionally. Physically.
I spend a decent amount of time planning and yes, that includes what I’ll eat.
Because food isn’t just fuel.
It’s one of the easiest ways to make the week ahead feel lighter instead of chaotic.
It's one of the easiest ways to take control of your mood and energy.
On Sundays, I look at my coming week and think:
- Where will I need more energy?
- Where do I need simplicity?
That’s when I decide what meals I want to rotate, what I’ll prep ahead, and what ingredients I want within reach so I’m not making decisions from a place of stress or hunger.
Planning my meals on Sunday helps me:
• Eat with more intention
• Avoid last-minute, low-energy choices
• Stay aligned with my health goals without pressure
Sunday planning gives my week a soft landing and a strong start.
If you’ve been feeling like your weeks just happen to you, consider borrowing this ritual.
Even 20–30 minutes of intentional planning can change how the entire week feels.
May your Sunday give you clarity.
May your food nourish you.
And may your week meet you with ease.
Warmly,
Tochi
