Yesterday I told you about The Mastermind Builder Session.

Today I want to tell you the part that doesn't make it into the inspiring story.

Building deliberate community is uncomfortable before it becomes beautiful.

I sent that WhatsApp message to six people in 2020. One said no. That's a rejection rate most people won't risk for something that "isn't even a business."

There's the awkward first session where nobody quite knows the rules yet.

There's the member who goes quiet for two months and you have to decide whether to chase or let it go.

There's the meeting you almost cancel because life got loud…and the one where someone shares something that makes you grateful you didn't.

I'm telling you this because the templates I'm giving you on July 2 won't remove the discomfort. They'll just mean you don't have to figure out the structure while also managing the awkwardness.
