Try this. Let’s be honest, we all have at least one (or ten) tasks that we should have knocked out days, weeks, or even months ago.

Maybe it’s:

It’s silly, we know these things are important. And if we just get them done, the payoff will be huge. But for some reason, we keep putting them off until later. I have three simple fixes that you can implement this week to help you take action and get them done.

• Strategy #1 - Don’t put themselves last in priority.

• Strategy #2 - Don’t go through the day without a plan.

• Strategy #3 - Don’t get sucked into scrolling aimlessly on social media. [Ensure you keep an eye on screen time]
