Pre-workshop homework.
Between now and then, I’d like you to commit to some time to sit and feel into the following questions. The first thing to do is to give yourself the permission to only think about these questions. So switch off your phone, get yourself a cuppa.
- You’re at a crossroads just now. What is that crossroad for you?
- What are the possibilities?
- If you could be the brave you want to be, what would you feel like once you’ve done it - what does it look like? What are you doing? Where are you?
When you hear a ‘yes, but…’ coming in, just put it to the side. Write it down - but don’t let it stop you. Just feel into the possibilities and what could be….
There are no wrong answers. Just whatever comes up for you.
On Wednesday, come with whatever you’re feeling - excitement, scepticism, hope, uncertainty, curiosity - all is welcome.
Most importantly: Come as you are. Tired, questioning, hopeful, unsure - this conversation is designed for exactly where you are right now.
This is your moment to remember who you are and what you can be.
