December is still hiring

And almost no one takes advantage of it

Hey,

A lot of designers take December off from job searching.

Totally understandable.

The year has been long.

But Andrew Seaman from LinkedIn News shared a surprising stat:

December hiring is only 2.8% lower than the strongest month of the year.

Which means the real problem isn’t hiring.

It’s fewer applicants.

And that actually works in your favor.

Because when the crowd goes quiet:

→ Your outreach gets noticed

→ Your messages get answered

→ Your conversations feel warmer

→ Your network has more time

You don’t need a sprint.

You just need a rhythm.

3 hours a week is enough.

If you want a simple plan to do that, I built one for you:

👉 The 3-Hour UX Job Search System — $49 USD

https://josephlouistan.notion.site/The-3-Hour-UX-Job-Search-System-2b6e31a3485980c59ab6dd726cb194ec?source=copy_link

(Ends Dec 1, 11:59 PM PT)

It now includes the new CustomGPTs to make the job search easier:

→ Dream Company Finder

→ Connection Message Builder

→ Trojan Horse Deck Builder

Steady beats frantic.

Especially in December.

With you,

Joseph

P.S. If December feels heavy, reply and tell me what’s blocking you. I’ll help if I can.
