I'm going to pull up real portfolios, real resumes, and real LinkedIn profiles — and score them live using the same six lenses a hiring manager evaluates.

No slides. No theory. Your actual work, reviewed and rewritten on the spot.

I'll pick 3 people per session. Run them through my scoring system. Identify the 1-2 highest impact gaps. Rewrite them live. Share everything in a Google Doc.

Even if you're not one of the 3, the patterns repeat. You'll see what to look for in your own.
