Good morning, ,
This week's Unstuck Career podcast is a conversation with photographer, inventor, and educator Andrew Darlow, whose career proves that following your creative spark can lead anywhere.
Here’s what stood out:
- Photographic Beginnings: Andrew caught the photo bug in a high school darkroom, turning curiosity into a global photography adventure (Japan, Germany, and beyond!).
- Adapting to Change: From film to digital, he embraced new tech, led a photo studio, and became a backup expert—reminding us: ALWAYS back up your files.
- Problem Solver: Tired of damaged artwork, he invented the Gallery Pouch, and now develops books and even games—proving everyday issues can inspire big ideas.
- Educator at Heart: Andrew teaches others to print, organize, and preserve their work—sharing tools to help all creatives protect their passion projects.
Pro Tip: Don’t ignore those little frustrations—they might just be your next invention!
