Good morning, ,
This week's Unstuck Career podcast episode is live! We visit with Dave from North Carolina—a product manager who turned his passion for watches into a thriving side business.
What You'll Learn:
- The Power of Side Hustles: Dave shares how he jumped from dropshipping t-shirts to designing and shipping his own watch line—all while working a day job.
- Lessons in Resilience: Even when business went into the red, Dave’s mantra was simple: “You don’t lose until you quit.” Persistence is key!
- Career Growth: Running a business taught Dave skills that made him more valuable at work and deepened his leadership perspective.
- Balancing Act: From sneaking in work after bedtime to having a supportive partner, Dave reminds us: support systems matter.
Key Takeaway:
Don’t fall into “possibility blindness”—there’s always another option out there, even if you don’t see it yet.
