Playing to win versus playing not to lose

This'll be quick because we’re still in that weird phase between this year and next. But I still wanted to reach out with a few quick things:

#1–Thank you for being with me and reading these emails this year. I love connecting with my people and you being one of them is awesome.

#2- I’m feeling some new energy as we get close to the new year.
