Course Requirement & Assessment

The assessment is based on 2 areas: 1. active participation and
2. on successful submission of a 3500 case study of supervisory work, assessed at level 7.
On completion of these participants will be awarded the Diploma in Clinical Supervision and Consultancy
If the case study is a “refer” participants are given 6 weeks to resubmit
Some participants may not wish to be assessed formally – they shall receive a Certificate of Attendance.

This training is suitable for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches, and other helping professionals who are:

Beginning their journey as supervisors
Expanding their supervisory practice to new contexts
Interested in consolidating their skills within a structured, supportive training environment

The Orange and the Edge of the Self: What Boundaries Really Are

When people talk about boundaries, they often mean rules. Or lines. Or something you put up once you’ve already been hurt. That misunderstanding causes a great deal of suffering.

Boundaries are not rules. They are not walls. They are not something you announce once and then forget. Boundaries are the living edge between self and other. They are how we stay in contact with another person without losing contact with ourselves.
