Overview:
This one-day programme supports practitioners to work with clients who are indicating that they want to take their own life. By exploring how such indicators may be verbal or non-verbal, the purpose of the day is to support and sustain ourselves through the complexities of clinical practice, attending tenaciously to self-care, whilst developing and holding a space in which to understand more deeply the context in which suicidal ideation may emerge.
Learning Outcomes:

Trainer : Claire Spiller (UKCP reg.) EAGT, IAAGT, ECP.,

Claire is on the faculty of the ‘Certificate in Working with Complexities of Trauma’, and has a background in designing and delivering clinical training for therapists internationally in working with trauma and suicide prevention.
