Content: This 2 day training -
- defines and differentiates between anger and rage
- makes the link between rage and trauma
- explores the positive aspects of anger and
- identifies a wide range of ways in which anger gets distorted
Further, it
- presents a relational approach and methodologies for working with anger and rage.
- offers the opportunity to view a demonstration of the approach,
- skills practice,
- a supervision slot to discuss a case and
- opportunities throughout for Q&A.
- deepens understanding about how a therapeutic relationship alone provides clients with everything they need to address their anger and rage issues.
- arms participants with up to date neuroscience, positive outcomes in therapy and academic research findings.
An empathic, relational approach will be experienced first hand as the process of the training mirrors the approach being advocated.

In the midst of a women’s health crisis, could bottled rage be the source of what ails us?
According to a 2020 study, autoimmune diseases disproportionately affect women – accounting for nearly 80 per cent of cases. A separate study from 2021 showed that women also face higher rates of anxiety, PTSD and anorexia.
